Purchasing Firearms Online

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

Sales on the following items are final:

1. Special orders.

2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.

3. NFA items.

4. Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics.

100% Prepayment/Deposit Required on all special orders

Due to the nature of our merchandise, some of which is custom made and/or special ordered for the customer, we work on a 100% prepaid deposit basis. (See return/cancellation fee below.) On-line orders placed by credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. Once the transaction is approved, we will proceed to fill the order… first with our on-hand stock and then from the manufacturer as needed. Delivery times are stated on all item pages.

Return/Cancellation Fee

Any item that is not in-stock is generally ordered from the manufacturer within one business day. Since manufacturers frequently charge us a fee when we cancel or change an order, we have had to start passing this cost back to the customer. Additionally, once an order is placed and the credit card is charged, we incur processing fees averaging 3.0% on the charge, and again on any refund. Therefore, the following policy now applies….

• If any customer cancels or changes their order before the estimated time of delivery has expired, their entire order will be subject to a 20% return/cancellation fee.
• The return/cancellation fee may be applied at our discretion to any order, but especially to custom items, that are not normally stocked by us.

Selling Locations

San Pedro Valley Mfg., LLC sells and ships only in the United States of America. Credit or debit cards, MUST have a USA Billing address on file with your bank.

Legal Requirements

The customer declares they are not prohibited from purchasing this item or items by any Local, State, or Federal laws in or of the United States of America.

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. The purchasing customer agrees that they will only use the ammunition in a safe manner and following all manufacturer’s warnings. Since San Pedro Valley Mfg., LLC has no control over the end use of this product, the buyer assumes all liability from its use and or resultant damage.

Gun purchases will be done in accordance with all Federal Firearms laws.

We are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

San Pedro Valley Mfg., LLC, except as required by law, will not sell or distribute any of your personal information.

San Pedro Valley Mfg., LLC makes a good faith effort to keep all information on this website as current and accurate as possible. However, price and availability may change due to typographical errors, manufacturer price increases, etc.
